Can load Mod but can not pick factions and random white or gray squares.

Hello! I can use some help. I followed the directions to install and got it up and running with the Halo intro but after I pick a map if i try and pick a faction it freezes and a Error pops up "c:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Temp\SinsDump\Sins-Rebellionv1.93-2019-02-01-15-20-27-11996-14132.dmp. any help oh how to fix this would be great.
