Game Crashes Whenever I try to play

SO I can travel around the menu, it all works swimmingly.
The mod is installed 100% correctly, LAA is definitely enabled (thanks to a few other mods proving it for me)
But when I try to actually play the second it loads that first Tug it crashes saying LAA isn't enabled.
I have reinstalled both the Mod and the base game repeatedly together and seperatly one or the other, nothing but install reinstall but to no avail it still crashes at that same exact moment.
Any help would be lovely
