I have followed all instructions on installing the mod, and even watched a few tutorial videos on trying to get the mod to work.. no luck,, :(

What exactly is the problem?

Can't seem to get the mod to work properly.. I put it in the right folder, it shows up in the mods section.. But doesn't apply correctly.. Now I am using the Dev Sins.. Would that be a problem with this mod?
