Extra Super Avana is a medication that combines two active ingredients, avanafil (200 mg) and dapoxetine (60 mg). Avanafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, similar to sildenafil (found in Viagra) and tadalafil (found in Cialis). It is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation.
